Not us but our courier company has raised their prices 5% so we will have to adjust our delivery costs accordingly starting November 1st.
Just a few notes on Delivery.
Economies of scale - It is MUCH more economic if plants are ordered in multiples of 4 or 5 so the weight of each box is close to but under 10kg.
Rural delivery charges - To save on Rural delivery costs you might want to arrange a place in town where the plants can be left for you to collect. But the plants should not languish so ensure you get a call when the plants arrive and pop in to collect them right away.
Plants drop off - We send out our plants with the understanding that the courier driver can leave them at the delivery address even if no one is home. If you have a specific spot where the plants are to be left then let us know when placing the order.
Signature on delivery - If you wish to be absolutely certain, Aramex scanning technology will only allow the release of the parcel if the receiver signs for the goods. If the receiver is not available to sign, the plants will be redirected to the nearest Parcel Connect and Aramex will notify you to collect by SMS or Email. Extra Courier charges apply for this service.
