Thornless Blackberry is an excellent disease resistant variety that will bear lots of large sweet berries in autumn. Hardy and easy to grow, they are cold and wind tolerant, and will grow in most soils. For best results, train along a fence or trellis, and prune after fruiting. They fruit on second year wood, so cut out old branches once they are done.
