TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Payment in full is due on receipt of plants and must be made within seven days.
  2. Late payments will be charged interest at 2.5% per month and may incur a collection fee.
  3. Prices do not include freight – this will be billed on your invoice. Please click here to check freight prices.
  4. Plants are sent out between November and April, excluding the period between Dec 15th and the end of January. Plants may be sent without notice. If you will be away during delivery time, it is your responsibility to notify us.
  5. Claims for damaged plants must be made within 7 days of receipt.
